Official Rules:

1) ENTRY: There is no purchase necessary to be eligible for this sweepstakes. The promotional period for the $100 Cash sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CST on November 5, 2003 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on November 25, 2003.  To enter, email a valid return email address, your name, address, phone number and qualifying logo to mkautz@e85fuel.com.   The logo must be submitted in .eps format and may be no more than 3 colors. There is no limit to the number of logos an individual may submit.

2) WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be notified via e-mail and will be announced in the December 10, 2003 issue of the NEVC FYI Newsletter.

3) PRIZES: The winner will receive the prizes of:  $100 cash, an E85 T-shirt and cap, and a three year individual membership to the NEVC which includes all listed here.  The winner will be chosen by the NEVC staff and Board of Directors.

4) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

5) GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Any and all fees, taxes and surcharges on or associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. 6) All submissions become the sole property of the National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition.   The entry must be your original design, and not a copy that may be subject to copyright laws.
